11th December 2024: Life in bustling urban environments often feels like a race against time. Between managing work, home, and social commitments, finding balance can seem impossible. For many, this never-ending cycle leads to feelings of exhaustion, frustration, and even hopelessness.
If you’ve felt this way, you’re not alone. I can relate—I’ve faced my own struggles too, with the physical and emotional toll that modern city life can bring—especially as someone navigating challenges like Autism (Asperger's), ADHD, and the hormonal adjustments that come with getting older.
For some time, I have been trapped in a cycle of overwhelming fatigue and deep dissatisfaction. Basic tasks like cooking, cleaning, or leaving home feels insurmountable. Even if I manag to complete a task, it come at cost—I’ll sleep for days, utterly drained of energy.
At my lowest point, I couldn’t help but question if life is worth living. Without the strength to participate in my own life, how could I find joy? My Autism and ADHD further amplifies these challenges, making it harder to create routines or feel grounded in everyday activities.
I believe I’ve reached a turning point. I recently discovered the FitLine product line from PM, a concept focused on health and energy.I decided to take a chance and give it a try. Every step forward, every bit of progress, fills me with gratitude on this journey.
I look forward to gaining new friends who can support me on this journey, so we can walk this path together!
Thank you
